Shawn and Mahmood met at Duke University while studying at the Fuqua School of Business. They identified a significant need in the field of government contracting and formed Pensor Inc. in response.
Shawn Penney served his country for six years in the United States Navy as a nuclear power plant mechanical operator. He earned his B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University and his MBA with a concentration in Strategy from Duke University.
Mahmood Sori is a Board Certified Physician. He obtained his B.S. from George Mason University followed by a M.S. in Biotechnology from Georgetown University. He attended Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine to earn his Doctorate in Medicine. He has since earned his MBA from Duke University with a concentration in Healthcare.
